Christina is a member in the business department, and her practice focuses on corporate transactions and commercial real estate projects. Christina works with a number of the nation’s premier retailers and lending institutions, real estate developers, property owners, restaurant industry business owners, non-profits, and other numerous private and public companies. She represents clients in complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, including ground leases, real estate financing, and construction projects. She also has extensive experience in handling all aspects of a commercial real estate portfolio for a national bank with assets in excess of $300 billion.
Christina routinely represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in all phases of real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, environmental and zoning matters, negotiating REAs and resolving title defects. She also assists retailers with ongoing property management issues, such as eminent domain negotiations, construction of tenant improvements, easement rights, assignment and subletting, permitted and exclusive use issues, and matters pertaining to operating covenants.
Christina was recently named a CALL Fellow by the Cincinnati Bar Association after participating in Class XIV of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. In addition to her law practice she is active in the local community. Most notable among her civic efforts is her service as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Cincinnati Region and the Cincinnati Ballet.
