As an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group, Steve advises employers on employment and human resources issues and represents clients in federal, state, and administrative litigation.

In his practice, Steve is focused on providing practical advice, tailored to the needs of his clients. His approach is to help businesses proactively manage employees in a way that maximizes growth and stays ahead of developments in employment law. When employment disputes do occur, he works aggressively to resolve them in his client's interests.

Outside of his labor and employment practice, Steve co-founded the firm's Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) practice. The UAS practice helps businesses integrate the commercial use of drones into their operations.

Steve's passion for law and business is nothing new. Before law school, Steve worked as a legislative analyst at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. In that role, he worked with business leaders to advocate for legislation that encouraged business growth. Prior to the Chamber, Steve worked on a presidential campaign and interned on Capitol Hill.
