LOURDES E. PERRINO is an associate in the Cincinnati office of Taft where she is a member of the Tax Practice Group. She counsels clients on a variety of tax matters including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and partnerships, executive compensation, employee benefits, and non-profit organizations.

A substantial part of Lourdes' practice involves state and local taxation, including multi-state sales, use, income, and franchise tax matters. Lourdes has experience in all aspects of state and local taxes including controversies, administrative proceedings, audits, appeals, litigation, and planning.

Lourdes received her B.S. in environmental science from the University of Cincinnati and earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She earned an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. During law school, Lourdes externed for the Solicitor’s Office Department of Land Use and Planning. Lourdes was associate editor of the Freedom Center Journal and on Honor Council.
