Candice focuses on representing management clients’ interests in litigation related to employment discrimination allegations, labor disputes, and wage and hour claims. She assists with employment counseling by developing employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and creating employment documents and agreements. Candice also handles compliance with federal and state employment laws, including medical leave, disability accommodations and employee discipline. Candice is a certified Spanish translator and has worked as a translator, interpreter and teacher in Honduras and Ecuador.
