Practice Support Attorney/Manager for Bricker & Eckler


Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking an experienced Practice Support Attorney or
Manager to provide support to all legal departments in the areas of e-discovery training,
project management, processing, document review and production. The ideal candidate
would have 3+ years’ experience – preferably in a law firm setting - with data collection,
use of technology to facilitate civil and/or criminal Discovery and the end-to-end lifecycle
management of litigation support matters. In addition, candidate should have some
familiarity with of FTP, Sharefile, Dropbox, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and
Adobe Acrobat and a basic working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle. Candidates
should also possess strong academic credentials, exceptional written and oral
communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with
a team. JD, Bachelor’s Degree and/or other relevant certifications, a plus. Office
location may be flexible.

Public Finance Attorney

Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking an attorney to provide support to its growing
Public Finance Team. Three plus years’ experience working with, and knowledge of,
economic development programs, including tax increment financing (TIF), community
reinvestment area (CRA) abatements, joint economic development districts (JEDDs),
and special assessment financing, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards,
strong writing, analytical and communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to
work collaboratively as a member of a team. Must possess strong workload
management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of
assignments. Office preference flexible (Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton).
